TTS Real Estate has three main fees. These are all outlined at the beginning of our service and will not change. Our management fee is 5.5% of monthly rental. A letting fee is paid when finding a new tenant for your property. Our releasing fee is charged when the tenant signs another lease.
If your interests need to be represented at VCAT in the event of a rental dispute, we will charge additional fees for this service.
To find the best candidates, our rental process is exhaustive. From each applicant, we require an application form, identification and rental history. We also analyse bank statements for spending habits, and summarise the application for our clients.

When a tenant falls behind in paying the rent, a property manager will follow up with them.
From the first day, until day 13, we follow a communication process to get them to pay immediately. This is to avoid escalating the dispute to the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT).
Once the tenant falls 14 days in arrears, we can serve them with a notice to vacate. After this, we can settle the dispute at the VCAT on your behalf.
